Dial-up Search Tool
If you’re a Sterling customer with a Nationwide Dialup Account, you will be given access to our network of nationwide local access numbers. However, if you don’t choose an access number that’s a toll-free call in your area, you may incur additional charges from your telephone company.
Before you use any dial-up number for Internet access, we recommend that you contact your local telephone company to verify that the number in question would be a toll-free call for your area.
It only takes a few moments, and it could save you a lot of money.
Note: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify this information. Sterling is not responsible for any charges you may incur.
All 800 access numbers require additional fees, just like a long-distance telephone call. If you use the Sterling 877 access numbers, your account will be billed 0.15/min ($9/hr) for each minute you are connected.
