The Communicator for Web allows you to manage your phone from anywhere on the internet. You can use it to mange your calls, change your call handling mode, use the find me anywhere feature, and perform many other functions. Please click on the appropriate system below:

Communicator for Mac
Communicator for Mac is a native Mac OS X application which offers Personal Communicator features similar to Communicator for Web, plus additional Mac specific features.
Please be sure to read the Install Instructions prior to installing Communicator for Mac.
Communicator for iPhone
The ShoreTel Communicator provides seamless remote access to all your desk phone features. The application currently works only with Verizon. It is available for download at the iTunes store for free, however there is a licensing fee required. Please contact your account manager for more information.
