Mary Krzycki, Operations & Administration
Mary wears many hats in the company, providing operations functions for many departments, including HR, purchasing and accounting. A true Oregonian, she loves the rain; her love for quiet spaces extends to her favorite retreat: Moolack Shores on the Oregon Coast.
Michelle Scott, Administrative Assistant
By assisting with accounting and other duties, Michelle is a key contributor to our harmonious atmosphere and smooth operation. An Oregonian, Michelle grew up in Tillamook County on one of its many dairy farms. Though she lives in the city now, she still seizes whatever opportunities she can to enjoy the country life. One of her favorite escapes is to the rustic and peaceful setting of nearby Olallie Lake on Mt. Hood.
Monique Anton, Marketing
In Monique’s world, keeping the Sterling brand on course and managing its marketing programs is a job she relishes. As she puts it, few things are better than to see “something come to life that represents all the talent at Sterling.” A transplant from Pennsylvania, Monique has wasted no time getting acclimated to the pace and lifestyle of the Northwest, becoming intimate with the jogging trails of Forest Park, which helps her maintain a healthy balance between her career and growing family.
Randi Padot, Administrative Assistant
By helping her workmates stay organized and equipped with their office essentials, Randi is an integral part of the Sterling team. But, like so many others on the Sterling team, she especially enjoys getting to know and help our customers. An avid reader and runner, her preferred getaway is Wallowa Lake in Eastern Oregon.
